This work was created in the context of the XENON100 and XENON1T experiments for the search for dark matter. It presents a contribution to the analysis of the main data of the XENON100 experiment as well as direct and indirect research and development for XENON1T in the form of Monte Carlo simulations of a test detector and measurements of the reflectivity of Teflon in vacuum and liquid xenon.
